Equipped with intelligent PLC centralized control system and high-precision infrared temperature monitoring system, the equipment can automatically adjust heating power, forging frequency and cooling parameters according to production conditions. All production data is real-time recorded and traceable, effectively avoiding product quality fluctuation and greatly improving the finished product qualification rate.

In terms of energy conservation and cost reduction, the induction heating mode greatly reduces energy consumption compared with traditional furnace heating. It effectively controls steel ball surface oxidation and deformation, reducing material waste.
