According to the theory of electromagnetic induction, when the coil heats the furnace charge, the coil will also vibrate under the electromagnetic force response. The amplitude basically determines the noise, (in fact, the furnace charge will also vibrate, the small charge will vibrate more, and the large charge will vibrate less, which is also related to the position of the charge in the furnace.) the noise mainly comes from the coil vibration, which can be explained by the fact that the noise is significantly reduced after reducing the coil vibration.
