The main advantages of square pipe induction hardening equipment:
1. Induction heating belongs to the direct heating of internal heat sources, with small heat loss during heating. Therefore, the steel pipe induction hardening heating furnace has a fast heating speed and high heating efficiency of the heated workpiece.
2. During the heating process, due to the short heating time, there is less oxidation and decarburization on the surface of the parts. Compared with other heat treatments, the scrap rate of the parts in the steel pipe heat treatment furnace is extremely low.
3. After induction heating hardening, the surface hardness of the parts is high, and the core maintains good plasticity and toughness, showing low notch sensitivity. Therefore, the impact toughness, fatigue strength, and wear resistance are greatly improved.
4. The square pipe induction hardening line is compact, occupies a small area, and is easy to use (i.e. easy to operate).
