By utilizing the uniform penetration effect of high-precision alternating magnetic field on steel billets, it realizes synchronous and balanced heating of the surface, middle and core of steel ball blanks.
The equipment achieves an ultra-low temperature difference control of section temperature uniformity ≤±10℃, completely eliminating the quality defects caused by temperature stratification such as external overheating, internal underheating and inconsistent radial temperature of steel billets. The overall heating temperature is stable between 1050℃ and 1150℃, the optimal rolling temperature range for steel balls. The internal and external consistent heating environment ensures synchronous plastic deformation of the steel billet during hot rolling, effectively avoiding rolling cracks, dimensional deviation and core loose structure caused by temperature difference, and fundamentally improving the structural compactness and overall consistency of hot-rolled steel balls.

Benefiting from the zero-temperature-difference full penetration heating upgrade, the steel ball blank completes uniform grain recrystallization in the whole section during the heating process, with fine and dense internal metallographic structure and no coarse grains or uneven tissue layers. Compared with traditional equipment, the upgraded production line reduces the surface decarburization layer and oxide scale thickness to less than 0.2mm, greatly improving the surface finish of steel balls.
The uniform internal and external heating ensures consistent hardness, toughness and wear resistance of the steel ball surface and core, effectively enhancing the fatigue resistance and impact resistance of the finished steel ball. The product qualification rate is stably increased to more than 98%, and the overall service life of the steel ball is significantly improved, which fully meets the high-standard application requirements of bearing steel balls, wear-resistant steel balls and engineering steel balls.
