Main production process of steel ball hot rolling heating furnace:

1. After inspection, round steel bars are cut into steel ball blanks (usually 6000mm) according to a fixed length

2. The steel ball billet is heated to the appropriate temperature in the steel ball production line before rolling

3. After being fed into the steel ball rolling mill, the red hot steel billet rotates and advances between two rolls with special spiral hole patterns, and is continuously rolled into steel balls.

4. When the red hot steel balls are cooled to the quenching temperature after rolling, they immediately enter the online steel ball continuous rolling heating furnace for quenching. The steel balls are collected and cooled in the steel ball collection box, and tempered in the offline trolley type resistance furnace, so that the steel balls obtain high and uniform hardness.

5. The products that have passed the inspection are sent to the finished product warehouse, packaged, and then sent to the customer.

4. After the free maintenance period, Forever Electromechanical still provides long-term technical service support, and only charges a cost fee for each repair or replacement of parts.

5. After the product delivery and acceptance of this project are qualified, Forever Electromechanical will conduct regular and irregular telephone follow ups every year to ensure the normal use of the product.
