The core of Forever’s  steel ball hot rolling production line adopts advanced medium-frequency induction heating principle, realizing internal and external synchronous heating of steel billets. Different from traditional gas and coal-fired furnaces that heat from the outside in, this equipment generates uniform eddy current heat inside the round steel raw material, achieving rapid and consistent temperature rise. The overall heating temperature is stably controlled between 950℃ and 1050℃, the optimal temperature range for steel ball hot rolling forming. Equipped with high-precision infrared temperature measurement system and PLC closed-loop intelligent control system, the furnace controls the temperature error within ±5℃, effectively reducing surface decarburization and oxidation loss, with the oxidation burning rate controlled below 1.5%, greatly improving the surface finish and internal metallographic structure of finished steel balls.

This professional heating furnace is compatible with mainstream raw materials in the industry, including 45# steel, 60Mn, 65Mn, 40Cr and GCr15 alloy steel, and adapts to round steel billets with a diameter of 20mm to 120mm. The entire production process realizes full automatic intelligent operation, covering automatic feeding, constant-speed conveying, precise induction heating and seamless docking with the hot rolling mill. After strict pre-treatment and fixed-length cutting, the steel billets are stably transported to the heating furnace through the roller table system. After uniform heating, the red-hot billets directly enter the skew rolling mill for continuous rolling forming, realizing high-speed and standardized production of wear-resistant steel balls.

In terms of energy saving and environmental protection, Forever’s upgraded heating furnace adopts new-generation IGBT variable frequency power supply technology, with the unit power consumption controlled at 260-280 kWh per ton. Compared with traditional heating equipment, it saves more than 25% of operating power consumption, effectively reducing production costs for enterprises. In addition, the equipment features no open flame, no dust, low noise and zero waste gas emission, fully complying with international environmental protection production standards and helping manufacturing enterprises realize green and low-carbon production.

In terms of structural design and operational stability, the furnace adopts a modular integrated structure, with high-temperature resistant and insulated induction coils, supporting quick disassembly and replacement and convenient daily maintenance. The whole production line can be operated by a single person, with intelligent functions such as one-key start, automatic fault alarm and production data traceability, which greatly reduces labor intensity and operation failure rate. The equipment can adapt to 24-hour continuous industrial operation, and can be customized according to customer’s hourly output of 0.2 tons to 16 tons, meeting the production needs of small-batch flexible processing and large-scale mass production.
