The induction heater of rebar heat treatment furnace adopts quick-change structure to facilitate maintenance and replacement. The conveying roller adopts hollow water-cooled rotating roller, which will not overheat and damage the bearing during induction heating, ensuring its long-term stable operation. Feeding method adopts inclined roller self-rotating feeding, which can indefinitely guarantee the uniformity of heating and the uniformity of quenching. The working process has achieved full , automatic control for feeding, heating, quenching, and receiving materials .

We set import infrared thermometer at the quenching and tempering part, which can monitor and control the heating temperature during the whole process. The mechanical transmission part of rebar heat treatment furnaceis driven by speed-regulating motor, which can adjust the operating speed and power at will. These operations are all realized by the central control system. Workers can start or stop the operating system by pressing the buttons in the operating system.
