The screw rod quenching machine system adopts PLC centralized control, which can be controlled manually or automatically. The control system is reasonable, stable, reliable and accurate, and the signal anti-interference ability is strong. At the same time, the system adopts an expansion module, and the collection temperature is a closed-loop feedback signal, which is processed by the PLC program to make corresponding adjustments to achieve closed-loop control of the system.
Our company has rich experience of designing more than 10,000 sets of induction heaters. These induction heaters are used for all aspects of the heating field including induction quenching furnace, induction quenching and tempering line, inline billet heating furnace. The parameters design and furnace construction are in leading position.
The Screw rod heat treatment equipment uses quick-change design, so the user only need several minutes to replace induction heater.Copper tube is using T2 oxygen-free copper winding, copper wall thickness is greater than or equal to 2.5mm. The furnace heat preservation material selects import refractory cement, which has features of heat-resistant and anti-fatigue. The waterway is made up of thick 304 stainless steel tube and South Korea imported hose.
Mechanical feeding and conveyance system
Composed of storage platform, automatic turning system and feeding system
1 Storage platform: Weld of high-quality profile steel. The structure is removable, which is easier to transport. The platform can hold dozens of bars at a time.
2 Automatic turning system: Mainly including pneumatic turning device and the signal processing system. According to PLC instructions to complete the feeding actions with empty material alarm.
3 Feeding system: the conveying of the rod consist of variable frequency control roller wheel, and each shaft between the induction heater will be through water for cooling. The rotary joint is installed.
