Introduction for Heating Power Supply Parameters and PLC Fully Automatic Heating Process:

1.Introduction for Heating Power Supply Parameters Design:The master power of this steel bar is 7500KW according to the client’s parameters.We are planing to use five power cabinets together. With 660V double supply of rectifier transformer for large power electric furnace, the secondary side has Δ and Υ windings(or +15°、-15°windings) which are paralleled to converter through filter inductance separately.IF power rectifier is new type double bridge rectifier(12 pulse),increasing the power factor, reducing harmonic generation and improving working efficiency.High voltage can be customized according to user’s requirement.

2.Siemens PLC and 10-inch color touch screen;there is United States Raytek infrared thermometer in the inlet and outlet of the furnace,which achieves closed-loop control and production control.

Automatic Process Control System

In this following interface, it shows “actual temp and temp setting” and “The working status of the equipment ”.Also we designed “temp close-loop control ” switch. You can input the name of the operator and his position NO in the right side.

In the bottom half of the interface, it shows the status of “temperature control curve” in the process of operation.

In this above interface, the operator can control the power and do all the operations. And the interface will show all the real time running parameters of the power.
